Many UNL students have to face the choice between obligations, like paying rent and buying groceries for the week. The resulting food insecurity led to the establishment of the Husker Pantry in 2017. Located in Room 123 of the University Health Center on City Campus, the pantry has been an underappreciated resource for some students at UNL.
